今日来た男のお客さん（24歳）が、
「マッチングアプリで連絡取っていた子と、昨日ご飯に行ったんだけど、
プリクラみたいな画像だけもらってたんやけど、あんなんって修正してるやん。
でも、実際会ったら、画像以上の有村架純やった」
んなことあるわけないやろ。マイナスに修正する子なんか要るわけないやろｗ
と、半信半疑のﾓﾘｼｹﾞｷです。
さて、今日未明
わたくし、
自転車を盗まれました。
知ってる人もいるかもしれませんが、これ
なかなかないと思うので見かけたら連絡ほしいです。
電話では盗難届受理できないので…っていう電話を警察とやり取りしただけなんですが、
北署行く前に、
せっかくなので、
大学の友人で、現役YouTuber・元警察官に
参考までに電話しました。
結論から言うと、自転車の盗難なんざ件数多いので
ぐいぐい頼まないと動いてくれないという感じで…
盗られた場所は丸亀町のファミマで、11月7日AM5:00過ぎ
買い物してる間の5分くらいなので
ピンポイントで防犯カメラ映っていると思うので
犯人逮捕余裕だろと思っていましたが。
まぁ防犯カメラまでは見るそうですが、
それを画像として証拠にとり、交番に
「こいつ居たら職質かけろよー」という通達で終わり
わざわざ探しはしない
まぁそうだよね…
でもなぜか、私は余裕があるんです。
なんか戻ってくる気がする

チャリンコ盗んだら
「窃盗罪」ですが、
例えば、僕はファミマで盗られましたが、
そのチャリをカラオケで乗り捨てて、
そのチャリをまた別の人がパクっていくと、
これは窃盗にはならず、
「占有離脱物横領罪」
になります。
一度占有から外れているモノかどうか
の違いです。
後者の方が罪は軽いので、
まぁもしチャリンコパクって捕まったら、盗んだところじゃない場所言えば、
ワンチャン、「窃盗罪」から「占有離脱物横領罪」に罪を減らせるかもしれませんね。

というか、まぁご時世的に
防犯カメラに映らないことはないと思うので、ばれるでしょう。
っていうか、パクっちゃダメです。
