肋骨と舐めてたら思ったよりしんどい…
生涯骨折は
背骨、頭蓋骨、肋骨
の3ヶ所で
まぁどれも一苦労でしたが、
肋骨もなかなか厄介で…
ほんとに寝るポジションが見つからない…
の10日間
仰向けは伸びるからか出来ず、
うつ伏せも骨が床に当たるので出来ず、
左半身下にして横向きだが、｢くの字｣になってるのか？いいポジションがほんと見つからない。
リクライニングで寝てみたが頭が固定できるレベルの椅子でないと、頭と首が痛くてしょうがない。
当初楽勝〜と思ってた肋骨だが、10日たって、肋骨以外のところにダメージを痛感している。寝れないのは辛い…
背骨も頭蓋骨も、寝てたら過ぎるのでそういう意味では良かった。
良かったのかも…
ブログに書く事ねぇわ…レベルに肋骨に生活大半の意識を持っていかれてる…
それにイライラする…
